Ho, Ho, Ho... Merry Christmas!!!!

what you guys did on christmas? clubbing? countdown? party? getting drunk? :)

yesterday i asked my friend 1 question...
Me: "Yo people, do anyone of you know why we celebrate christmas?"
GuyA: "Bloody stupid lah you... what? so fast drunk liao ah?? christmas of course because of Jesus's ressurection lah!!"
Me: "... No lah... can't believe still got people confuse... it's his birthday lah... Easter is his ressurection day..."
Other: "... oh yeah woh..."
Me: "Dmanlah you guys... it's people's birthday leh... it's like you go to people's party not knowing who's birthday it is... over lah you all..."

and then it stuck me... i quickly sented people i know a greeting message that i just made up... reminding them don't overdo the partying and forgot to wish Jesus happy birthday.. :)

well, maybe those non-christian might say that they don't have to do it because they re not christian, but still, like i said before, you're celebrating other people's birthday, and yet you refuse to even say "happy birthday jesus" in your heart?

and no.. i'm not a christian... it just suddenly struck me... since christmas is a national holiday, it';s a fact that if not all, most of malaysia is celebrating it... all of them walk around, wish other people merry christmas, recieving gifts from friends, and yet none of the wishes or presents have given to jesus, the birthday boy...

just feel kinda sorry for that guy... =.=''

ANYWAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, JESUS, AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF THOSE WHO ARE BREATHING OUT THERE... :D

Rock Climbing and marriage??!!!

wow broke my own record.. :) 5 posts in 1 month.. :)

anyway, 2 days ago when i yam cha-ing with help friends, i got a call from steven. out of the blue, he suddenly told me that he's getting married... i cannot find anyword that can illustrate my suprise... anyway, he asked me to become his "Heng Dai", so i gladly accept it...

sidenote: for those of you who don't know, heng dai is the shield of the groom, and we have to endure all the punishment given by the "ji mui" (the bride side's girl friend)

anyway, the next day, a whole big group of us gathered in mcdonald, and sucessfully occupied the top floor (which usually researved for those birthday kids). we've told him what kind of cars we're going to drive and how many person we're going attend the party... after the discussion, as usual, steven and laysye went home early... at first the rest of us decided to split too, but we saw bee yam is heading our way, so we decided to stay for a while longer and chat...

well, that's all there is to report about our gathering regarding steven's marriage.. :)

last saturday, me and kingsoong finally decided to attend that rock climbing course in 1-U... after almost 1 year of "planning", i finally know how to... not fall from the rock.. :D

anyway, we gathered in front of the camp 5 entrance at 4:15, after fill in the form, wait for half more hour, finally our trainer appear... first lesson is to know the use of equipment... we were all nodding when the trainer explain to us, but not because we understand it, it's because after half days of work and no rest, we were all very tired, and controlling ourselve not to suddenly fall asleep...

anyway after all the boring theory part, we move on to the more practical part... still no climbing yet, and we have to learn how to die a rope and learn how to belay... belay is the action when you control the rope so the climber won't fall and die on the spot... anyway, in rock climbing, belaying is the msot important part, so we took almost 1 hour just to learn belay...

after half hour of waiting, half hour of doozing, and 1 hour of belaying, we finally get to touch that "fake"rock wall... after the first attempt, i finally realize that in rock climbing, the most challenging part is to trust your belayer (the guy who doing the belaying)...

imagine this: on the peak of the wall (not that hard IF you simply climb and not following rules), you have to get dwon from the wall, and it's impossible to climb back down... so what to do? well, first step is to let go of the rope... easy right? well wait until you're 2 floors up from the floor, with no cution to save you, and the only thing that seperate you and the floor is 1 single rope, that is controlled by your buddy belayer which have to support all your weight until you're safe on the ground again...

anyway, all those words just conclude 1 thing... in rock climbing, the scariest part is to come down... =.=''

anyway, after alot of practice, me and king soong got the hang of the game, and at the end of the course, guess what? we have to take a test... not climbing test, but a writing test... =.='' well at least the questions are very easy... after the test, we were presented a certificate... yeay... more cert for me to show when i go interview... =.=''

today yam cha with some of the secondary friend... suddenly realise that unlike all of them, who are pursuing thier dream and living thier life, i'm actually running in circle, never advance at all since secondary...

suddenly realise that i never even dare to imagine myself after 10 years...

"Earth"lings?

have you ever think that we, human, are actually from outer space? there's alot of human characteristic that are not same with other animals, or creature that's around us... here's a famous example from a famous movie, matrix...

agent smith said to morpheus in one of the sene (not exact quotation...), that human are like virus... unlike other creature, that protect the land that they live in, we human, destroy everything where ever we go... we cut trees, polute, kill, burn the nature... most of the time the reason we destroy nature not for survival...

look at other creature... most damaging stuff they can do is uproot 1 or 2 trees... they don't kill for pleasure... they kill for survival... they never do anything that can damage the environment seriously... see how good they lived, and how healthy the world is before human learn to walk on both legs...

i hope you remember some secondary science because my next point is from one of that chapter... remember the pyramid graph, the one that show us, the higher level of pyramid, the less quantity of that animal? for example, the lowest position on the pyramid graph is rabbits, with the largest populatin in a place, and eagle, as the predator, sit on top of the pyramid graph, with the lowest population... this shows the balance of an environment... enough for science teaching... let's look at human population... we human DOMINATE all animals (especially chinese, since we practically eat EVERYTHING)... and yet we still have very, very, VERY large population in an area... this is so imba... =.=''

one more thing that difrentiate us and other creature on earth... i really agree to what that killer from "saw" said... we human are really strange... compare to animal, we have amizingly low survival instinct... we tend to afraid to alot of things, such as pain, and we rather choose death instead... since we talking about death, have you ever wonder why all ghosts also in human form?

in some of the major religion, human are made by god... and they used thier own image as model to made us... so we look "kinda" like god... and we can conclude that god are not from earth, so is it reasonable to conclude that we are not "earthling" too?

... actually this is not i wanted to say ... actually i wanna talk about relationship and responsibility one... but this intro too long liao and i dun like long posts so next time wrie part 2 lah... sigh... can't believe i off topic again... =.='''

usually i will think of a topic, then write my post... today i'll try the opposite way... see can come out with what.. :)

hmmm that opening kinda remind me of those newpaper that said that, in order to increase IQ, we must everyday do something that we usually won't do... like use another route to reach another place...

i guess by trying something new everyday, that's the spice for life right? i never really like routine anyway... always like to try something that i haven't try before... but the problem is that i never plan for all those change... kinda like last minute decision, then suddenly realize that i wan try something new... i guess that's why i always lost in KL..=.=''

just finished another chapter of "foundation of management"... i guess that's why i suddenly realise that, i might not as "entrepreneur" as i thought i can be... it's true that i like to take risk, but i never plan before encounter the risk... =.=''' hmm... duno where i'm going with this post... i guess i should change my bad habit liao... should have planned before do anything.. =.=''
